These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Traveller”, “Client”, or “You”) and Route & Rhythm Travel Co. (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or confirming a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Nature of Services

Route & Rhythm Travel Co. operates as a travel planning and facilitation company. We design, organize, and coordinate travel itineraries including accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, activities, and other related services through independent third-party suppliers such as hotels, airlines, transport operators, and local service providers. We do not own or directly operate these third-party services. Your contract for each travel component is directly with the respective supplier, and their terms and conditions will apply in addition to ours. Our role is limited to assisting in planning, coordination, and booking management as per your selected itinerary.

2. Booking Confirmation, Pricing & Payment Terms

All quotations provided by Route & Rhythm Travel Co. are indicative and subject to availability at the time of booking. Prices may change without prior notice due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, seasonal demand variations, government taxes, or changes imposed by third-party suppliers. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment. Until such payment is received, no reservation of services, accommodations, or activities is guaranteed. Payment timelines and installment schedules, if applicable, will be clearly communicated in your official invoice or travel proposal. Failure to make payments within the stipulated timeframe may result in automatic cancellation of bookings without any liability on our part. Any resulting price difference or loss of reservation shall be the responsibility of the traveller.

3. Advance Payment & Refund Policy

All advance payments made to Route & Rhythm Travel Co. are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable under any circumstances. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to change of mind, personal emergencies, travel restrictions, visa rejection, health issues, or inability to travel. The advance payment is utilized immediately for blocking services, confirming reservations with suppliers, and covering administrative and planning costs. Since these services are often booked on a non-refundable basis with third-party vendors, we are unable to provide any refund once payment is received. By making the advance payment, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.

4. Travel Documents, Visas & Compliance

It is the sole responsibility of the traveller to ensure possession of valid travel documents including passports, visas, permits, identity proofs, and any required health certificates or vaccinations prior to departure. While Route & Rhythm Travel Co. may provide general assistance or guidance regarding documentation, we do not guarantee approval of visas or entry into any country. Any refusal of entry, visa rejection, or delay is beyond our control and shall not be considered a valid reason for refund or compensation.

5. Changes, Cancellations & Supplier Limitations

Travel arrangements may be subject to changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, political situations, strikes, technical failures, or operational decisions made by suppliers. In such situations, we will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives of similar category or value. However, we shall not be held responsible for delays, substitutions, or modifications imposed by third-party service providers.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Route & Rhythm Travel Co. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or participation in travel arrangements. This includes loss of enjoyment, delays, inconvenience, or additional expenses incurred during travel. Our total liability for any claim arising out of a specific booking shall in all cases be limited to the total amount paid directly to Route & Rhythm Travel Co. for that booking, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

7. Traveller Conduct & Responsibility

Travellers are expected to behave responsibly and adhere to all local laws, regulations, and instructions provided by guides or service providers. Any behaviour that is deemed unsafe, disruptive, illegal, or harmful to others may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on the Route & Rhythm Travel Co. website, including text, branding, design, graphics, and images, is protected under intellectual property laws and is owned by or licensed to the company. No part of this website or its content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the company.

9. Communication & Consent

By submitting your inquiry or booking with us, you consent to receiving communication from Route & Rhythm Travel Co. through email, phone calls, SMS, or messaging applications regarding your travel plans, updates, and confirmations. Marketing communications, where applicable, will always include an option to opt out or unsubscribe in accordance with applicable laws.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection regulations.
